Every feature here is in production today, not on a roadmap.
You always know exactly where you stand
A single compliance card per renewal period, color-coded emerald/amber/stone. Per-category breakdown (e.g. Missouri requires ≥4 hrs of medical ethics every 2 years — you have 2.5, here are 5 RACE-approved courses that close the gap). Renewal-deadline tracking with 90-day advance reminders.
Major specialty coverage; per-course RACE approval status displayed on every course
Small animal, large animal, exotic, avian, behavior, ethics, pharmacy, surgery, anesthesia, dentistry. Live cohorts via integrated urSynergy Live Studio classroom. On-demand modules with chapter navigation. Every credit lands in your ledger with verification code + W3C VC issuance available with one click.
Ask any course a question, get an answer from the course material
Stuck on a concept? Ask the course. Answers come from the lectures, readings, and references the instructor assigned — not the open internet, not a guessing chatbot. Conversation history persists per course so you can pick up where you left off. It does not replace clinical judgment.
The platform shows you what to study next
After each module, the recommender looks at your performance: low quiz score → review; strong on the basics → next-in-order; consistent strength → skip ahead. Manual override anytime.
Paid 1:1 with a verified specialist when you need it
Browse the public tutor marketplace at /tutors. Specialists are verified — every approved tutor has at least one W3C verifiable credential proving expertise. urSynergy Payments handles billing. Book a 30-min consult on a complex case, an exam-prep session, or a treatment-plan review. 15% platform fee, the rest goes to the specialist.
Your credits travel with you
Every credit is a W3C Verifiable Credential signed with the issuing institution's Ed25519 key. State boards verify with one click — public verifier endpoint. Switch states, switch employers, retire and consult — your transcript is yours, cryptographically signed, valid forever. No transcript-request runaround.

Frequently asked questions
If you don't see your question, contact us — we read every email.
Are the courses RACE-approved?
RACE approval is per-course, not platform-wide. Every course in the catalog displays its current RACE approval status — approved (with the RACE program number), pending submission, or not submitted. Filter the catalog by approval status, AAVSB CE category, hour count, or accepted state board to find courses that match your renewal requirements.
How does the course-aware Q&A work?
It reads the full course content — every lecture, reading, and reference your instructor assigned — and answers your question from that material. It does not browse the web and does not replace clinical judgment. Conversation history persists per course so you can pick up where you left off. Instructors can disable it on graded assessments.
What happens to my credits if urVetEdu shuts down?
Every credit is a W3C Verifiable Credential signed with cryptographic keys held by the issuing institution. The signed JWT is portable — you can store it anywhere (a wallet, a USB drive, your email). Verification requires the issuer's JWKS. Even if urVetEdu disappeared, the JWKS endpoint is at the institution's URL — they own their keys, not us. Your credentials outlive the platform.
Can I export my transcript for my state board?
Yes. PDF export from your /dashboard/lms/credits page. Includes verification URLs for every credit. Most state boards accept PDF transcripts; for boards that prefer direct submission, contact us — we can build a per-board adapter.
How much does it cost?
Course pricing varies by instructor / institution — many courses are free, most are in the $25–$200 range. Office hours are billed per session by the specialist (typical $50–$200/hr). We never charge a subscription for individual learners — you pay only for the courses + sessions you use.
Is it just for vets, or also for technicians?
Both. AAVSB RACE-CE for technicians is fully supported. Profession-specific compliance rules apply automatically based on your profile. Vet assistants and front-desk staff have separate certification tracks within the platform.
