Talk to Training Providers TeamWhat you get as a training provider
Six capabilities that turn your internal training into operational infrastructure.
Author your internal training, branded as yours
If you already run a training program — corporate onboarding for new associates, USDA accreditation refreshers, drug-rep field training, specialty referral protocols, industry-association CE — urVetEdu hosts your modules under your branding. Custom domain (training.yourcompany.com), your logo, your colors, your support email. Modules are visible only to your enrolled staff unless you choose to make them public.
No CMS expertise required
Record a video on your phone, upload, write quiz questions, attach reading materials, set a passing score. Module live in 10 minutes. Same authoring tools used by independent course authors, but scoped to your org. Version control: update a module mid-cohort, the platform shows "students on v3, new enrollments on v4" and tracks which version each completion attests to.
Audit-ready evidence for every required training
Every staff member, every required module, completion date, score, version of the module they completed. Export as a signed PDF for ISO 9001 / SOC 2 / regulatory audits. Cryptographically verifiable — third-party auditors scan a QR code to verify each entry in real time.
Your training credentials outlive any platform
Each completed module issues as a W3C verifiable credential signed with your organization's Ed25519 key. The credential is portable — staff carry it to their next role; regulators verify cryptographically against your organization's public JWKS endpoint. No more "how do we prove our drug reps completed their compliance training in 2024?" — the signature is the proof.
Open your best modules to the broader profession
Some of your training is genuinely valuable to peers outside your organization. Optionally publish a module to the public catalog under your sponsoring-org name. Get attribution + brand recognition; the broader profession gets free or paid access to material that used to live only inside your org. Reputation as a side effect of doing the work.
Onboarding waves, regional rollouts, annual refreshers
Schedule new-hire cohorts that all start together, regional rollouts that stagger by week, annual all-staff refreshers that auto-assign on the anniversary of the original completion. Per-cohort completion grids; per-cohort customizations; per-cohort messaging via cohort rooms. The same cohort infrastructure that powers vet-college course delivery, scaled for corporate scale.

Frequently asked questions
Real questions from training directors and learning & development leaders.
How is this different from /lms/for-institutions?
/for-institutions is for vet colleges and state veterinary boards — audiences that hold formal accreditation responsibility (AVMA COE, RACE program-sponsor status). /for-training-providers is for organizations that have internal training requirements but are not academic institutions — corporate vet groups, government agencies, industry associations. The platform is the same; the use case and pricing differ.
Can our internal training credentials count for state-board CE?
It depends on the credit type. If your training is RACE-approved as a program-sponsor, yes — credits count exactly like any other RACE-approved CE. If your training is internal-only and not RACE-approved, credits count for your organization's internal compliance but not state-board CE. We can help you pursue RACE approval as a program-sponsor if that's a goal.
How does white-label branding work?
Custom domain (training.yourcompany.com) routes to a branded version of urVetEdu with your logo, colors, support email, and metadata. Your staff log in and see your branding. The underlying platform infrastructure is shared; the experience is yours.
What does it cost?
Per-seat annual pricing tiered by scale. A 50-person regional specialty group costs differently from a 5,000-person national corporate chain. One annual invoice, net-30. White-label setup is a one-time fee covering custom domain provisioning and brand-asset configuration. Contact /contact?subject=urvetedu-training-provider for current rates.
Can our staff use the public catalog too?
Yes. Staff with an organization seat get full access to your internal modules AND can enroll in public catalog courses (paid by them or by your CE budget, your choice). Many organizations subsidize a $500/year per-DVM external CE budget alongside their internal training program.
Who owns the modules we build?
You do. Non-exclusive license to urVetEdu to host them under your branding. 90-day takedown right. If you ever leave the platform, modules export as portable formats; staff retain their W3C verifiable credentials proving they completed your training. No content-lock-in.
