One bill. One dashboard. Every staff member compliant.
For private veterinary practices managing CE compliance across multiple DVMs, technicians, and support staff. Replace your spreadsheet, paper sign-in sheets, and training binders with a single compliance dashboard. AAHA Audit Mode means re-accreditation prep drops from 80 hours to 4.

Six capabilities that make CE management operational, not aspirational.
Every staff member, every renewal cycle, one screen
A single dashboard showing every team member's compliance status — DVMs, RVTs, vet assistants, front-desk. Each row: name, role, license number, jurisdiction, renewal date, hours-met-by-category, deadline countdown. Click any row → that person's gap analysis with RACE-approved courses pre-filtered to close their specific gap.
Add and remove staff in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes
CSV upload to provision 20 seats at once: name, email, role, license, jurisdiction. Auto-creates accounts, sends welcome emails, applies your practice's renewal-reminder cadence (120/90/60/30-day pings). Off-boarding deactivates the seat while preserving each user's W3C verifiable credentials.
Document AAHA-required training without paper sign-in sheets
Record a 30-minute training video on your phone — fear-free handling, controlled-substance log training, OSHA bloodborne pathogens, in-house anesthesia SOP. Upload, write 5 quiz questions, assign to "all technicians" or "all DVMs." Watch the completion grid fill in. Export PDF documentation for the AAHA site visitor.
Courses tagged to the AAHA standard they document
Filter the catalog by AAHA standard (Anesthesia Safety AS-01, Pain Management PM-02, Dental Radiation Safety DR-04, Controlled Substances CS-03, Infection Control IC-05, etc.). When you prep for re-accreditation, pull one report: every AAHA standard requiring documented training, who completed what, when.
Per-seat annual pricing, one invoice, net-30
Tiered seats by role: DVM, credentialed technician, support staff. One annual invoice instead of 80 individual receipts. Net-30 terms. No per-course consumer pricing surprise. Practice managers can budget CE costs the same way they budget malpractice insurance.
Practice admin, DVM, tech, and front-desk each see what they need
Practice admin (you) sees the compliance grid, billing, assignments, AAHA evidence prep. DVMs see their own credit ledger, assigned courses, compliance card. Techs see assigned in-house trainings and their AAVSB CE if they hold a credential. Front-desk sees only what you've assigned them.
AAHA Audit Mode — the killer feature
AAHA visits every 3 years. The site visitor wants documented evidence that every clinical staff member has current training in infection control, anesthesia monitoring, pain management, dental radiation safety, controlled-substance handling, and emergency protocols. Today that's a two-week scramble.
urVetEdu produces one PDF — every staff member, every required training topic, completion date, verification URL — cryptographically signed. The AAHA evaluator scans QR codes to verify each entry in real time. Your re-accreditation prep drops from 80 hours to 4.
Frequently asked questions
Real questions from real practice managers.
How is this different from VetMedTeam for a practice?
VetMedTeam is course catalog + individual transcripts. urVetEdu is course catalog + practice-wide compliance dashboard + in-house training builder + AAHA standards mapping + verifiable credentials. You stop tracking compliance in a spreadsheet and stop scrambling for documentation at AAHA-prep time. Many practices keep VetMedTeam for specific course access and use urVetEdu for compliance management.
What does it cost?
Per-seat annual tiers. DVM seats, credentialed-technician seats, and support-staff seats are priced separately to reflect their actual CE demand. One annual invoice, net-30. Contact /contact?subject=urvetedu-practice-pricing for current rates.
Do staff need their own accounts?
Both. Your practice has an organizational account that controls seats, billing, in-house training authorship, and the AAHA compliance dashboard. Each staff member has their own individual record with their W3C verifiable credentials. When a staff member leaves, their credentials travel with them; the practice retains read-only access to historical compliance records.
Can I assign mandatory annual trainings?
Yes — and you can require re-completion at any cadence (annual OSHA refresher, quarterly fear-free check-in, controlled-substance log training every 6 months). Failures to complete by deadline flag the staff member as amber on the compliance grid.
What about state-board CE submission?
Every credit row carries a verification URL. Most state veterinary boards accept PDF transcripts; we generate per-DVM transcripts on demand with cryptographically verifiable credentials embedded.
Can I use this if I run multiple locations?
Yes. A practice group with multiple locations gets per-location dashboards rolled up to a group view. Each location maintains its own AAHA evidence package. Group admin sees consolidated compliance status across all locations.
